What i Love SO MUCH about Chinese New Year?

It a peaceful Sunday today, though i have started class for 3 days, but still in the holiday mood....

Finally, 15 days of Chinese New Year celebrations had came to and end. And celebrated my Chap Goh Meh with the church brothers & Sisters. It was also the day i finally had some good foods after falling sick in my bed for many days! =D

I still miss the cny holidays with all the lovely peoples around me.

This was a day before CNY. Seeing all those red bombs, we're excited for the coming festive!

Our tradition to celebrate our ah po's birthday during CNY every year. This year will be her 80th birthday :) so we get her the special birthday candles. Luckily she didn't get shocked of the firework candles.

Everyone is busy to capture the memorable moments in their camera， precious moments were meant to be remembered, and photos played an important part for us to recall back those memories.

On the other hand, I'm capturing the bits of moments where the camera men & women in my family were busy shooting photos of my grandma. Since everyone had took photos for the birthday lady, i guess i should capture the other side of the view.

Cousins & Relatives. We don't know how many years we can have those fun together like this, but we treasure every moment and chance we get to have fun together.

Training days

It's the 4th day of our community pharmacy training, i found it quite interesting and fun. We can see lots of different customers coming, and we met a very funny one today. The patient brought along all his medicines prescribed from doctors and came into the pharmacy asking about his medications. Surprisingly, he was actually categorizing his medicines according to SHAPES & COLOURS of the medicines, and he doesn't look at the name at all, without realising that the medicines were actually the same but different brands. he told us how he ate his medicines (sleeping pills & relaxants). he said: i mix this yellow with red/ white with blue..bla bla bla... and when he saw there were 2 medicines in white and round shape, he said he took only one type because he assume it was the same. *sweat*such a dangerous polypharmacy case but very funny listening him telling his "Theory of taking his pills". Of course, the pharmacist then educate him about it to clear his doubt.More shockingly, he wanted to order 1000 sleeping pills!!!!! crazy man! of course that is against the law, so he only get to order for maximum 100. His logic behind the 1000 pills was because he swallowed a lot of sleeping pills every night to sleep, and he said " 100 only so little, after 2/3 days also finish then HOW?" *faint* i can see the need of patient counseling is so much important!

Anyway, tomorrow is finally a holiday so we can off for a day :)

My appetite is coming back gradually after i got sick, at least now i can feel the hunger already~

Hopefully my sleeping pattern can turn back to normal too, feel so terrible on insomnia nights.....which forced me to stare on the ceiling and made those unwanted thoughts popped out in my mind, further worsen the insomnia....@_@

第一天的实习日

病了两天三夜（从星期日晚上开始), 终于。。。

烧开始退了。

总是不喜欢·吃西药的我，看见病情一直没好转，还越来越严重，于是终于肯去见医生，医生说我的体温已经升到39.5度了，算是高烧，~~亏我还不想要去看医生。~~拿了好多药，赶快吃了。

因为再不把病医好，哪有力气去药剂行实习啊！

在床上睡了几天几夜真是不好受啊！连走路的力气都没有，一从床上起身又头晕想吐，真是想到都怕。能恢复健康真好！

今天终于到我们去实习的药剂行报道了，药剂师很亲切也很愿意教我们，真是太好了，感谢主啊！而且又不用愁交通的问题，一切都很顺利。

希望在还没开学的这个星期能够好好的休息，再慢慢的整理一下心情，为即将来临的下个学期好好地打拼~ =)

the first day i reach back to SP and i was greeted with fever and cough T.T
thanks to my bro Avin who spread the disease to me before i leave Miri.
didn't realised that it was serious enough to cause fever because i seldom get very sick, my fever can always easily go off after i sleep for one night.
And i knew it gonna be serious when it haven't go off the next day I don't get sick easily; but once i fall sick it will be a serious one :(
Woke up with headache and fever this morning, but have to crawl out from the bed to campus...
i always avoid taking Panadols if there's no need, but i took 2 pills just now and hope the disease will run away from me...and i slept for the whole afternoon till evening wishing that the disease will leave me in peace~
This week we'll start for our community pharmacy training, so have to get myself healthy before going for the training.
Gonna swallow another Panadol and off to bed now!

Its the tradition of our family to celebrate CNY in Sibu every year with all the relatives and cousins, and CNy never failed to be FUN when everyone of us can gather together and have fun! Everything will be many times fun when we're doing it together! LOL :)

Going Back to Sibu for Chinese New Year!

Finally we're going to celebrate Chinese new Year together again this year back in Sibu! Cant wait to see all those relatives & cousins there!
Miss those moments playing firecrackers and watching beautiful fireworks from the balcony of our house!
Last year we didnt celebrate CNY together. Barry & me spent our CNY in our uncle's house at Shah Alam and I only can say it was very different from what we had in Sibu, which is many more times merrier!!!
Will be going to Sibu tomorrow morning with my family~ and hopefully the weather is divine and the journey will be safe! i bet there will be lots of cars on the road tomorrow because everyone will be driving back to their hometown.
Gonna continue to pack my stuffs which I need to bring along now :D

Supposed...Today will be the day i'm coming back home from SP for CNY! but luckily me! i earned one month of holidays this time and get to reached home one month earlier and enjoy the longer holidays~~ the result is i grow more FATs because too much of food supply at home~ i can see my dad bought back Durians every few days...and Today is the craziest, he bought one whole box...i guess there are almost 15 pieces...everyone will fat til die...@_@ and luckily we gave some of it to our relatives, because its too much for 5 of us
my life is still about doing the grocery shopping everyday~because i tend to forget this and that...and the next day still need to continue the mission to buy all those stuffs for CNY and some household stuffs. Very busy life as driver for my younger VIP bro, fetch him back from sch, going tuitions, bla bla bla.... need to squeeze out more time to catch up with friends! :):)

Facial wash! i hate u so much but again love u! Went to Kose to wash my face yesterday morning before going back Sibu for CNY. Y blackheads like to stick on me like forever??Leave me alone pls~~ the process of getting all those blackheads off is torturing, so painful...that moment of squeezing blackheads made me wanna jumo into the sea! :( i want to have a clear skin!!
My everyday is getting more and more tiring, got lots of house chores to do :( my skin is getting darker because of driving here and there under the hot and humid sun, and also run in and out of the house all the time~ busy busy very busy but Thanks God i got no stress because i can choose to do whatever i want to do at home~ :D

Its coming to the end of the week again ~~so fast :(~~
went swimming with Mary few days ago...that was decades after my last time i went to swim...
busy here and there and one week passed again, I'm exciting for this coming cny but also afraid that its coming because my holiday is going to end like that...:(
still got lots of documents to prepare for the coming interview before i left home to Kedah again, but i didn't find out all of them yet..the biggest problem is my UPSR cert...i don't know whether do i have the cert or not?? @_@ supposed to check with my primary sch but still i haven't got the time to visit the sch~ I WONDER WHY THEY NEED MY UPSR CERT?? maybe i should take my kindergarden report card to the interview too~ lol
Looking forward for next week! Jim Jim and Priscilla will be coming back and we can meet up again, the last time 3 of us hang up was 2 years ago i think...bcos Pris had moved to Melaka.
Must use my time good good because there are still lotsa things waiting me to do~

and i miss my dear 'Sista/gf/cousin..*&%#@whatever is it " >>EVELYN!! I miss u lots! i know u're very much stucked in the jungle & exam & research that drives to the extreme level of stress & craziness * while everyone is having holidays and singing for the cny mood now... Soup of the day~ Pumpkin soup

This had being an productive day of mine as a "housewife"

went for grocery shopping in the morning to buy some groceries ( what i will always do for mom when i am at home) and baked some more cookies today~ still the same cornflakes cookies because the previous cookies i baked had gone to no where already..~~but the most in Avin's stomach~~

This time i baked more so it will be enough to give to our cousin & relatives too~ :)

After that i had made this pumpkin soup because i wanna clear off the pumpkins in the fridge! We got a huge pumpkin which is enough to cook for 4 portions for one whole big family...and i really have no idea what to cook with so i made this pumpkin soup for my family~ i am not so good in cooking and Avin said it tasted a bit weird because he never tried this before, and he is never a pumpkin lover too~ Barry told me to use cinnamon powder and honey will make it taste superb...Unfortunately i searched the whole fridge and found no cinnamon powder& honey...so i just add some milk and sugar and most importantly my favourite sago beads~

Being a housewife is not easy though~~solely preparing 3 meals ~~supposed i only cooked dinner today~~ will be enough to make me busy for the whole day, not to say tidying the house take care of the kids husband bla bla bla.....so scary i should stay single or be a working lady so i will not end up my life as a full time housewife and get mad& crazy...i knew how hard mom worked to balance her family and work, so i enjoyed when i am able to help her reduced her workload whenever i am able to do so.

Hopefully tomorrow the weather will be fine and i wanna go for swimming with Mary tomorrow! :):)

Must do more exercise to shed those fats!! =D

CNY is around the corner so it comes to my mind to make some cookies. And i tried this out yesterday-Cornflakes cookies :)
my first attempt to made these and luckily it turns out not bad!
The recipe i had use is only enough for one jar. And the left of the cookies almost reached the bottom of the jar now! in less than 24 hours! so i guess it's not bad in taste, and Avin keep asking me is that the only jar??
i think if i have the time i will be trying out other flavours of cookies in the next few days :)

I've counted the days i am back in home, it was just around a week plus, but it seems like so long ago~ i guess i had been due to the busy schedule i had for these days. Met with Kai Sin, Nichole and Bill for the first few days since they came to visit Miri for the first time, but i hadn't been accompanied them for full time because i was busy at other things, and Thanks Bill bcos he is a good host and bring them all around~ :)
This year's NYE was special because i had spent with different groups of peoples. First i went to church for fellowship with friends, but i didn't join them for the count down then, instead, i went with Mary, Mei Vui, and friends for a chill. But that's not the final destination of me and mei vui, we went together since both of us didn't drive and we're waiting for another friend to fetch us to the next place. *very luck that both of us were going to meet with our own friends but at the same place! :) so i followed her friend's car and finally met with Billl, Nichole & Kai sin. we spent just few minutes there and finally left to another place again. i guess i was spending my time the night to visit different places~ Nothing very special for the night but we're just happy to see each other and have fun :D there goes my new year eve!

The next day, i attended the new year church service, yes its my first time to attend Sunday service at Mei Ann after the renovation! so long awaited moment finally comes~~ the new church is very nice! and looks so different now! I'm loving it very much~ :)

and i wonder what am i so busy with in the week? maybe i had been so busy for being Avin's private driver to settle his stuffs before the school opens~ brought him to cut his hair so he will look fresh for the new semester

got lots of things to do but only completed a few~
the Best thing of coming back home is.... sleep and eat?? no no I'm not going to let this to ruin my holidays and wake up realising holiday is OVER :( so sad....
so i had get my lazy ass of the sofa and meet with friends and involve in meaningful activities :)
met with my best friends but its sad that they are working now so i can only meet them on weekends.
planning to make a visit to Katty's house this week and spent a great day with her then~
i knew that after this one last semester of as a B Pharm student, I'm not going to get my life back like i am a student now, my time will no longer be so flexible and holidays will be on limited days...and i might even need to work on night shift once in a while. :(

i knew pretty much i am a very much family person which i spent most of my time at home for my family for every semester break. (which sometimes can be freaking long up to 3 months!) so, i can see that i will probably still dedicate my very little and precious time to my family after working because i couldn't know how much of time i can still have with them~

I had made my mind in this holiday to try my best to meet up with as many friends as i could which i had lost contact with or those i hadn't seen them in years. :) too bad i am always going to Sibu for CNY and miss the opportunity to meet with most of the long lost friends. i wished i am able to attend the Primary sch classmates reunion too but seems like impossible because i wont be in Miri during that time~ so Sad~
Anyhow, i am trying my very best so i wont be regret when i no longer have the time to do so in the future. :P

After exam , i had went to Alor Star and Bt Kayu Hitam with Sze Ne & her siblings~

its an awesome experience to dine at the Water view restaurant, with the beautiful landscape...and musics playing all the time when your're dining on water. and the waiter delivering foods by using SPEEDBOAT! so cool man! i cant keep my eyes off when the waiter delivered the foods to our place!

i have to say that this will definitely be an excellent place for the couples to dine in! :P

Yes its the end of 2011...all these happened like in a blink of eye and it came to the end of the year....
just reached back home last night and i'm feeling lazy i wanna lay in bed for the whole day but mom woke me up telling me not to sleep too much later i become abnormal.... @_@
its time to face the reality although i don't wish to...i'm soon getting oldddderrrr...and must face the real world very soon....one more semester of my studies and i'm gonna graduate from my studies...i had being studying for all these years and study life is finally coming to a full stop real soon. Many burdens coming ahead, the challenges will be tougher, i need to get myself prepared to face it.
i'm learning to let go the past because there's always a better plan from God for me and everyone of us!
gonna get the lazy me out from the house and meet with friends tonight in fellowship!
still wondering should i go for countdown after fellowship...hmmmm...i'm always that lazy when i am back at home.

listening to the same favourite old songs which i once enjoyed much, i can see those happiness faces we once upon had, but now things were different...

trying to get numb of these and not to fit them in mind , this is the only way i can find to escape and not to face the reality for certain time.

to the very important person in my life and she had being so strong in this very difficult time. there is no much way i can help now, i wish time will pass fast so i can be there for her very soon and i'll do all that i can to see the smile on her again. i knew there's nothing more important than this. The main motivation for me to study hard had gone to no where and i knew i'm not supposed to be but i lost them.

Finally dread through this deadly week of exam week, one more week to go!!! its not easy at all, especially when you dont have your mood there and you dont care anymore about the so called "target" which was set at the starting of the semester. after attending each exam paper it was like a nightmare because so much questions were left out blank, i meant really BLANK because my mind is blank and i don't know anything to write and there is no stories to be told because i left out those part in my studies as i dont have enough time to study, poor tiny brain i got. *prayed hard that i can pass all the subjects so i dont need to retake exams*

hair story

my hair is getting SHORTER...shorter...and ...shorter.... hehehehe
i have no idea what's wrong with myself recently, probably getting addicted to cut my hair???
i thought that i wanted to grew my hair longer this time, i mean very long! maybe the length reaching my hips?

BUT then i went to cut it with Annie until medium length 2 weeks ago because i get so bored with long hair and they are so heavy, thick and i need lots of shampoo to wash them and it takes time to dry. :(

okay, that was my first attempt to cut my hair in Kedah this semester.

And out of sudden, yesterday afternoon i made my mind to perm my hair to give them some waves so they dont look so dull and straight all the time~ and there goes my second time of perming my hair with digital curls. and now my hair looks even shorter! because of the curls....i love the curls because they look quite natural compared to last time i did digital perm, but the hair stylist gave me a shock, he cut me a super straight and thick bangs which made me look like a nerd when i am wearing my specs.... =.= it looks okay when i was in the salon because that time i was wearing my contact lense and he suggested me to cut the bangs because he said i will look younger and cuter like this~ but the same nightmare happened, my fringer always get shorter after i reached home...have to wait another 2 weeks to let them grow again~~~
and i'm wondering where was the ME who wants to grow her hair long? hopefully i wont cut my hair anymore shorter now.... hehehehe

handling the stress

Too much of stress and work recently
had being rushing for everything to be done in time, assignments VIVA, test, reports, presentations.....
at times, i felt that i don't even have the energy to talk after attending the lectures the whole day and came back with the burden of all those uncompleted mission awaiting for me to complete them one-by-one.
However, God's blessing is great, i didn't realized that even how stress i felt, i had went through this week and Today is already Thursday! :)
Had my Hospital attachment clinical case presentation done yesterday. Thanks God its OVER now. i knew i hadn't have enough time to prepare well for it because i only got to knew on last Friday that i was presenting on this Wednesday, and i went for LifeGame Camp from Friday-Monday, which means that i have NO TIME to prepare at all, everything was done in a rush, i didn't much time to study about the case, the ppt slides was not done by me, i only contributed for editing the slides background here and there....felt very sorry to my partner because all the time he was doing most of the preparation work, and very thankful for him that he already studied for the case and willing to share the information to me. Even though we were not doing that well, but i', glad its over, at least i don't need to suffer for so long because the next presentation date will be on 21st Nov, its after 2 more weeks and near to exam already!

I actually wanted to cut my fringe at CS yesterday night, but then i hairstylist i am looking for was not there, so i decided not to cut my fringe first. But today i heard that Annie also wants to cut her fringe so i decided why not i also go with her to get my hair cut today, so both of us went to the salon straight after finish our lectures at 4pm. We went to De-touch, and this was my very first hair cut in De-touch actually after staying in SP for so many years~ didn't cut too much, just get my hair trimmed a little bit so it doesn't look so heavy and dull. :) yaaay its Friday tomorrow! weekend is coming again.

Facial wash at Aster Spring Seberang Jaya

i am lucky enough to have Deepavali holidays, total of 4 days :) because in the original schedule for BPharm students like us actually only have one day of public holiday, and i even need to have my exam at this week~ *yeah at least now i can delay it for one more week!*

Since we're having holidays, Annie and me decided to go for facial treatment at Aster Spring outlet ,like FINALLY... which is located at Seberang Jaya. We had talked about this and planned to go even before our mid term exam ( which is more than 3 weeks before), but due to the crazily packed schedule and heavy workload of assignments and revisions bla bla bla... we postponed our plan until TODAY! and we FINALLY made it to go for the facial treatment :):)

We get offer price for the 1st trial because our friend had gave us the coupon (i remembered i get it since the 1st week of this semester!!2 months ago!so long time already eh...)

The treatment included an Aromatherapy facial massage, eye soothing massage with a normal facial wash, the treatment cost RM99.00 and it was worth it because the normal price will be rm260++.

i dare to say that, this session is really pampering! i love the aromatherapy session~I'm in mad love with it! it's really relaxing and calming! i guess it will be very useful when one is stressed.

the beauticians at there were also working very professionally and friendly, good service they provide.

Besides, the facilities there looks good too! they even provide us changing gown, kimono, and slipper. So considerate of them.

Anyhow, I'll probably not visiting there in this meantime, because the next time i am going there they wont be offering me this price again and its bloody expensive for me to pay RM200 just for facial treatment! ~~this definitely will burn a big hole for my purse~~ ( not including the aromatherapy&eye massage), and its quite far for me from Sungai Petani to travel to there too.

They are quite generous in giving the samples of their products-Dermatologica, gonna try them 1st and see how they works. Maybe in future i may try it if they are good. :)

After that, we went to watch the movie- "The Three Muskeeteers"

This is the time when i feel so good that i have the privilege to buy the 'student price' movie ticket at weekdays for RM6.00! hahaha~~~There will only be few more months i can enjoy being a student and offered for "student price"

I think the movie was quite nice, and the story line is exciting and funny too. A~~t least i don't fall asleep for watching it.~~

back to home at the evening and then get prepared to go for uncle's house for dinner. He had invited us for dinner because aunty cooked us fish head bee hoon! i love home food! & fish! its delicious! Thanks God for getting us with so many kind and nice people around us~ :P there goes my wonderful Tuesday! Happy Deepavali for my Indian friends too! :P ~~because of you guys we can have extra holidays!hehehe~~

i couldn't do anything

i could hardly found the happy soul in me right now. i don't like it this way but i couldn't help. i always thought myself as a positive thinker because i will try to think the other way round whenever there's any problem. this time its different. i couldn't stop this sorrow in me.The weakest part of me is not when i am facing troubles, but its when they are related to my love ones. Somehow I'm helpless because i am not able to change anything. Thinking about the worst it could turned out brings me fear. i rather be the one in that position because i knew somehow there is someone for me where i can always share my problems with but its different when it happens on her. i can imagine the pain is unbearable in this situation. i can only pray for this to be changed.

the very dull cupboard

i realised as the years passed, the colours in my cupboard are getting darker and darker,
and i remembered i used to have many pink clothes,and also other bright colour clothes... not because i like pink that much, but i just think that i looked good in pink (because it make my skin looks fairer :P)
BUT NOW, when i look through my clothes,what i can see the most is just BLACK and GREY...:(:( blame the fact that black is the best colour when you got lots of fats to hide. ~~the mystic of slimming effect for fat girl like me~~
i realised my outfit are getting so DULL and BoreD nowadays. very bad. i seriously need to get more colourful and brightening clothes now.

现在的我真的喘不过气来，但是一直还没找到能医治的方法。
我决定要去验血，和做螺旋杆菌测试，因为医生建议我查看是不是肠胃问题，
说来容易做来难啊~换成今天在美里就好~没有自己的交通去哪儿都难，加上时间有限，想要看专科医生却总是打退堂鼓，不到病情严重的地步总是不理~唉~~~我很讨厌这样的自己，什么事情都做不好
正常舒畅的呼吸对我来说是奢侈品。。。
失去后才懂得它的珍贵
真的真的希望这些问题毛病可以离开，
我的·要求不高，我只要能正常的呼吸就好

Holidays in Melaka

Eating Satay Celup. We reached at 12++AM !! but still need to queue up for a seat :( quite disappoint because i think it doesnt taste any better than the other satay celup in Melaka though...and we waited for so long to be seated.
i was dead tired that time and full but still i ate the satay, this is because we had being waiting the queue for so long so i think i must not waste my effort~ *eat also can tired*...

this is the famous 'Bread chicken' in Kampar. The bread were HUGE, and the chicken were wrapped inside the bread. But the waiter had cut the bread when they were served on our table~ this bread is an expensive one~~ we spent almost RM 90++ just for 2 chicken bread and another dish of pork meat. @_@

we took this together before ending our Melaka trip~just for fun! :):)

it was like a mess because 9 of us tried so hard to make sure everyone can squeeze into the photo, and we failed many times.

there's also time limit for the photo shooting time and also time for us to edit and add stuffs like the background, blings, frame...etc etc... to the photo.

we used too much time to take photos so we ended up lack of time to edit the photos and we simply adding in everything we can ( very messy big head sticker we got)

gonna miss the good times we had!i love all my friends~

I'm getting afraid because holiday is going to end soon and i got many more assignments and reports left uncompleted...:(

Road trip to Melaka

We had this 4 days 3 nights road trip, 9 of us travelling with 2 cars.
Our journey starts like this
SP (had our dim sum & depart)> Ipoh ( had the tauge chicken rice & drive around Ipoh & went to Ipoh parade) > Kampar (had the famous 'Chicken Bread", a very huge one) > Selangor (visited Nai Hui's place and stayed overnight there) > KL (2nd day) > Melaka (stayed 3 days 2 night there) > KL (passed by turned around there) > Penang( visited Nicole's house for a while) > & finally back to Kedah SP last night.
Had lots of fun and i think i ate too much foods. Because Melaka is all about foods and Historical town. Every time I reached Christ church, i still fall in love with it, and all those historical places, the antique decorations of the shops there. I just Love Melaka. :):)
Most of the time Annie and I was sleeping in the car, and the guys do the driving, because i was so sleepy and tired all the time...except the time when we were not sitting inside the car.
Too bad i didnt brought along camera this time so i cant take lots of photos. the photos are all with Sze Ne's camera and some with others hp.Will upload when i get them.
time is passing very fast, tomorrow gonna be Thursday and i got lots of assignments and reports to be done.
But i'm glad that i dont have class at Friday, so i have more holidays. Glad that i can temporarily stay off from the hectic life now.

clinical pharmacy training

My group was assigned to do clerk case today, luckily the pharmacist who guided us this afternoon didn't asked us too much of difficult questions, our task was quite simple compare to other groups.....so i gotta prepare harder before my turn to rotate to those more difficult clinical practice. here it starts the life of doing assignment again, we get our 1st assignment this sem, many more to come@_@
after clinical training, almost the whole batch of our class went to Ramadan (again*this is the 3rd time i went in 2 weeks time), and met AMCF friends! Dixon, Li Long, Constance and Xuan Xuan! They were buying their dinner there too! i didn't bought much food because most of the foods were not so healthy, and i am trying my best to cut down those unhealthy foods in my diet now, since i haven't start cooking my own food recently and ate outside almost everyday. i'm looking forward for the one week Hari Raya Holidays! woohooo~~~~not sure whether it is one week or only 4 days? hopefully the faculty will make Friday as a holiday for us! :)

starting the 1st clinical pharmacy class tomorrow in general hospital

i am nervous now because tomorrow will be the first day we need to go to the general hospital for clinical pharmacy training. And i think i don't know anything.
What i had learned in previous years was too much for me to remember since i got pea size brain. :(
so i took out my pharmacology 1,2,& 3 notes from deep inside the box where i kept all my notes inside, and wanted to have a glance of it, this is the only thing i can prepare for i guess.... but it was too much, its impossible to go through the whole stacks of notes in one night~

i am gonna sleep earlier now before 11pm, and pray that i can wake up earlier tomorrow morning to put some effort to go through some of the drugs name and uses. i wonder since when i get so hardworking and tell you i didn't even watch PPS now because i told myself i should quit watching so much of TV shows when i got so much things to do in my list!!. Good night people!

Baling Hot spring

I went to Baling hot spring for the first time last Friday night with my batch mates.
we thought it was quite near to SP but actually not that near, we spent one hour and half to reach there and it was raining all the way, the rain never stopped and we're afraid that what if they don't let us to enter because the rain is too heavy? Lucky us, the rain was no longer heavy when we reached. and it was 10p.m. when we reached there.
we soaked for one hour plus i guess, reluctant to leave even though the water is getting hot as the rain stops...because we spent so much time for the journey~~
finally we left there at around 1a.m.
this is funny, we wanted to go hot spring for healthier body but then we need to stay up till late night for it....
After that we went to have supper at a mamak stall and finally reached home at 3a.m. very 'early' in the morning....
Get so tired and sleepy after hot spring, but still need to take shower after reaching home at 3am @_@

oh its DURIANS!! i went to bought these durians with dad at the weekend before i left Miri, he bought 10 durians! it was a lot but he said its not that much because he can finish them~ But too bad i only ate few because i am leaving home already~ and how i wish i can have more at home~

oh i love them! but they are super high in calories!

Although i couldnt have more fresh durians now, but i'm happy enough because i had my durian puff last week in campus, where the worker accidentally gave me durian puff instead of the potato curry puff i had bought! :):)

Re-registration Day

i'm half dead today
the new registration system caused me much trouble. stupid new system.~~should have use online system better lah~~ i seldom went to clear my tuition fees on the first day because i want to avoid all the queues and crowds
But this time we must do the registration and payment at the first day. @_@
This morning i went out at 9am, went to bank with Annie and Sze Ne to settle some stuffs
,then we went for brunch, and meet with Bil Kai Sin & Nai Hui there.

we first thought the registration starts at 10am, who knows we get the msg that we only can do registration at 1pm. :( so we waited a while in hostel.
when we reached Admin Building at 1pm, i was shocked to see the queue was so damn long! and then i just knew they cam to queue up since 12.30..... done the registration and payment around 3/4 pm.

the worst part is we need to find for the lecturer to discuss our industrial training report. But some of us didn't go~ same to me.
But he told us to bring our report to meet him tomorrow. OMG i don't even completed it!

after settling all the registration stuffs, we helped Annie to move her stuffs because she's moving out! *happy* she's staying very near my place and we can go to campus together in future! or maybe go for jogging together! :):)
we moved all her stuffs from the 4th floor to her car. (luckily that's only the half of her stuffs,luckily she moved half of them already)
Previously i already felt quite tired when i climbed the stairs for 4 floors when i was still staying in Hostel.
So its definitely super tiring to carry so many stuffs to downstair~ luckily we got 3 ppl to carry it together :) Super hungry and tired after this whole day......
Thanks God i finally reached home after this whole day. anyway, not the time to rest yet..... report need to be done tonight T.T

Reaching SP again

After one and a half months of Sem Break, i am back to Kedah again.
Thanks God for leading his way to me so i can reach here safely. :)
Going SP had never being easy to me, because every time i need to spend for almost the whole day in airport.
sometimes i woke up at 4am because i booked the earliest flight to KL, which is 6.20a.m. ~~which is so freaking early in the morning~~
but the normal flight i choose is around 10a.m.
Today, I'm even luckier because i booked my flight at 11.25a.m. since the ticket was cheap :)
i get to attend church service this morning, and met with my dear Jim Jim & James(my first time meeting him*finally*), they came for the earlier church service to meet me before i am leaving :)*happy*
i even had the time to eat breakfast before going to airport. Thanks God i don't need to rush because in Miri, MAS is closing their check in counter at 25 minutes before the flight.
i reached KLIA and took a bus to LCCT (when you gain something you also must lose something; but i don't mind for this extra journey i need to take because i gain my time with family, and yes i get cheaper tickets from Airasia to Penang, I'm always such a good daughter saving my parents hard earned$$ hehehe... )
actually i thought i was travelling alone this time because most of my friends were already back to campus earlier~among them i am the last one reaching back to SP.
BUT thanks God, i met Sing Ying at LCCT and i decided to share taxi with her and another junior back to SP :) no need to waste so much $ for taxi back to SP then. yeah~~

finally i am back to SP again, the house is empty and i am alone because everyone is not here~ Evelyn had just finished her internship and just back to Miri for holiday last night, contrasting, I'm coming back for my new semester! Anyway, I'm glad because i knew that everything will be okay when because our almighty God will be leading me all the time

my luggage is not yet unpacked, it is like a mess....because i am so lazy to care about it now, i just swept my rooms so i can have a comfortable place to rest right now. i still love my room, after not staying here for 3 months =D because its so comfy~~

i had packed for my bag to go for campus tomorrow (attempted to persuade myself that i am very enthusiastic about going campus as a final year degree student)
Gonna look forward for new start again tomorrow.

Family Dinner tonight

we didn't ordered much, because everyone in my family is a small eater now, except Avin, who can eat a lot!
But i'm still too full because we want to finish the dishes~not to waste food....
Everyone was quite disappointed of the food because the dishes we ordered today was not so nice, except for the shark fin soup.

Facial wash

Went to KOSE beauty centre for facial wash on this Monday with my bro- Barry.
it is always such a torturing experience for me to go for facial wash T.T
because i got so many blackheads on my skin, and even got it on the border skin of my lips!
the pain i got every time the beautician squeeze one single blackhead out is so..damn painful i can faint.
unfortunately, she told me that my blackheads are very deep inside compare to others, due to the deep skin pores i got :(
so the pain i experience is double than others i think?
not only this, the redness on my face is also double( i always hate this but since she cleanse better than the other beautician out there i gotta bear with it)~~Barry's face doesn't look as red compared to mine, despite the fact that he also got many blackheads like me...

oh why am i paying so much for getting all those pain?
Because i want to get a CLEAR SKIN!!

This time i bought another package for 10 times facial wash and get 2 free wash and a free Sekisei Lotion.
I am always upset when i am spending my parents hard earned $ for this, it cost a lot. But for sure this is what most girl are willing to spend for. Business profit for ladies business will never fail. :) Cosmetics, skin care, clothes, accessories, jeweleries, shoes, bags...they cant be separated from a girl's life.

No other better choice and i must sacrifice a bit if i want to get rid those dirty little things on my skin.
my face looks horrible every time after facial wash~~i salute myself for still being brave enough to walk around in Imperial Mall because i was waiting for Barry to finish his facial wash so i must walk around to get rid of the time.

After that, Barry suggested to go to Pasar Ramadan to buy something, it was already 7PM that time, buka puasa already~~ when we reached there, we saw nothing much to buy, everyone were busy having their dinner after fasting for the whole day. :0 but still bought some 'isi ayam' there, its like some sort of bbq chicken meat. Finally, we went back home for dinner. :)

This was my last Sunday enjoying being a potato coach at home this whole night~

Weekends are all about Relaxing~ and eating...again~~

sigh....i went for supper with Jim Jim and Avin at Saturday night after church fellowship,

i'm not supposed to have any supper at this time...

i just wanted to bring them to eat something since both of them haven't take their dinner.

ended up i also share those foods with them at deadly 11.30pm!!!super FATtening i know!

Before that we went to Marriott hotel to buy the Cheesecake straight after leaving from church, because it was the biirthday of Jim‘s friend, so she wanted to buy her a cake,

we rushed to there before the clock strikes 10pm,because they will be closing at 10pm...

but then failed to contact her friend so we went for supper. it was so difficult to find a single parking space,

i drove many rounds and then finally found a place for parking my car which is not so near so we have to walk a bit. The night is windy+cool and luckily there's no rain.

Jim also gave me 2 piece of cheese cake since i never tried the cheese cake from Marriott Hotel.

it was very nice, the cake is so soft it melted in my mouth and very RICH with cheese!

i immediately fall IN love for the First bite!

Again, i already had plenty of cakes in this month.(there's birthday for 5 month continuously among my family members starting from the month of JULY,so i used to ask mom don't buy cake for my birthday because i had too much)

this time its just 2 small pieces and i shared it with my family so i was actually not eating that much. Thanks God~~

i was very much excited this Sunday morning after church because i met my cousins and also my grandma there in church. Then we discussed about the trip to Mount KK,because i told them i wanted to go if there's a chance! Happy to hear that they are also planning to organize another trip to there again, and this time with all our cousins because many of them were interested too!

i told them to place this trip next year at the time i had graduated and very much free!!

Hope everything gets right so there i am one step closer to my dream! Luck is very important too because my dad failed to reach the top of the mountain this time due to the heavy fog up there.

i must pray hard for this! :P

One more week is there for my report to be completed! By this week i also have to get all things done before back to campus for my new Sem.

Dad is back so i don't need to go to look shop this week, so i got more time for my own things now. :)

I'm planning to get a facial wash at KOSE tomorrow because i still cant find a beauty centre which is good enough in SP yet.

I’m neither a person good in makeup nor dress up. But as a girl, I still think we gotta learn some basic make up skills so we can be presentable when it comes to important events or occasions. :D

And here’s my sharing of cosmetics which I found it’s GOOD~ After the trial and error myself~

Starting from the eyes

the VERY First time I bought cosmetic was when I’m in Form 3, and the first thing I had bought is thisàMascara!!!

Because I always believe that eyes reflects the soul the physical appearance of a person~ but this is just my personal opinion…:P that time I was believing that mascara got the magic power of making one’s eye look attractive~lol (watching too much of advertisement)

The mascara that I had tried before is Revlon (suppose to be the the very 1^st cosmetic I bought myself!*excited*),its not that good.

After that I had tried a range of Maybelline’s mascara and they turned out to be much much better than Revlon’s! Its definitely worth for its price~ Nice and affordable~ and I don’t remember which I had tried.
I like black mascara the most, but had tried once for Dark chocolate colour, because that time it was on SALE! And there’s no black one on the rack that time.
Anyway I don’t find much difference~

I always wanted to try Lancome because I always heard of the good reputation from many others, but then Jim Jim had told me something after she had used Lancome and changed to use Maybelline. She now thinks that she actually doesn’t need to spend so much for Lancome because Maybelline is just as good. J And the price are a lot cheaper of course!
But there’s one problem for me about Maybelline, it still smudges on my too oily eyes! For others it’s okay and works pretty well, but my eyes are too oily and sometimes it will smudge a bit. :(

And now I found the new love of mine! It’s Majolica Majorca!!!! I heard this one for excellent reputation from my friend and it was highly rated by the Taiwan and Japan girls! They claimed that this mascara is so waterproof that you can wear it to swim and found that your mascara is still with you after the swim, ~~i actually did tried it for swim once because i am curious to know whether it is true~and YES ITS TRUE!~~ it is also very oil proof! This is more important for me!

After seeing so many good comments of this mascara, I think it must be really good so I gave it a try!
Now I’m very much in LOVE with this!!its affordable and yet so good! Now I have no worries for my mascara~ but the bad side is that I must be very careful to apply it, because once the mascara stains on my skin around the eye, it’s quite difficult to remove, I need to use make up remover or some eye cream to remove them and this is wasting my time. After all, there’s no other problem for me. I love them very much and definitely will repurchase them!

Eyeliners are the second thing that I bought for cosmetics. But they doest work really good on me, because they tend to smudge off easily since I have the bad habit of blinking my eyes very extraordinary frequently…out of my conscious most of the time. I don’t use eyeliners very often because I still find it’s troublesome to apply to my eyes, and I don’t see much difference when I use them last time. But not until I found my new favourite piece of eyeliner. J

I tried a few crayon liners and liquid liners before, and everytime end up giving them for my mum because they smudge on my eyes!
Hate it much because this made me look like I haven’t sleep for many nights and turned out to be like a panda! The one which is second to my current love is Revlon crayon eye liner.
The first time I came across with this eyeliner was in 2008, that time my friend make up for me for the ‘Dance of Destiny event’ and she was using this.
We had make up for smoky eyes, where she had used the Faceshop’s black colour eye shadow for us. That make up was super waterproof and oil proof! Because that night I was sweating a lot but until the event ends, surprisingly I found that my eye makeup were still the same! The downside is that it took me forever to remove my eye makeup when I was back to hostel.
But I still bought it because that was the only eyeliner which is so oil proof I knew that time, and ended up giving it to my mom again because it still smudges on my eyes, due to the fact that I am not using any eye shadow/face powder which can aid the eyeliner to be more oil proof.

After that I tried for liquid eyeliner. The one I recently found out which was so far so good is from “Heavy Rotation”, recommended by Annie! Oh I love this so much now because it won’t smudge! it is also very easy to remove. This liquid eyeliner is removed as tiny flakes on the cotton, not the type containing lots of pigments, so you won’t have panda eyes. Downside is that it is not that black like the crayon liner, besides, it will go off easily with the glue on the false lashes when you are sticking false lashes and take off. This is the one currently I found most useful for me. I had 2 with me now because I bought the 2^nd one on SALE in Watson, it was only RM31++ if not mistaken, and the normal price is RM49.90 in SASA. JJJ so much discount I get!!!hahahaha….

The one I recently found important is eyebrow pencil! Actually I had bought eyebrow pencil since long time ago, and there was story behind this! That time I was trying to trim my eyebrow and I was not really good in this. But yet I am so confidence that I didn’t notice that I accidentally trimmed until part of my eyebrows were gone@_@ . Then I looked so funny with that partly gone eyebrow!!! So I decided to go out at the weekend and bought an eyebrow pencil from ELIANTO to rescue them. i just use them temporarily to cover the defect part of my eyebrows, after that I quit using them. The same things happened; I gave the eyebrow pencil to my mom….again.

After years, I finally get back to them again after realizing they are important to make your figures sharpened or change the look of a person. I bought eyebrow pencils, still from ELIANTO, because I think it’s good enough and cheap. But the colour doesn’t really match my original eyebrows. So I tried eyebrow powders from FACESHOP, I bought it at the time I went to walk around in Village Mall after getting too bored studying in Starbucks with Evelyn, and I love this very much! Because the colour is matching my eyebrow colour way much better! And I think its more natural for me, plus that it is easier to apply than pencils! This one is also very selling in very worth price, around RM35++?? Not really remember it. I had been using it for almost one year and still left a lot! This box will last me for many years I guess. :D

I seldom use Eyeshadow . I had bought only one from Majolica Majorca, because that time I am thinking of makeup myself for the prom night. But I bought the wrong colour, which doesn’t look good on me. So end up giving it to mom also~~~I’m now still looking for a nice eyeshadow pallete, i should have try for more colours to create more fun in eye makeup~

For my skin, I didn’t bought much cosmetics, because I am always afraid they will clog my pores.
The first time I bought a skin cosmetic was control base from KANEBO, but is an open rack product so it is not expensive. It is a green colour control base (use for skin with reddish spots, claims to reduce the redness), I used this very seldom and till now there’s still some in the bottle~ the second skin cosmetic is still…control base!
This time I bought a purple colour control base from THE SKIN FOOD ( this is to make your face look a little bit more pinkish and create healthy look).
After that, I bought another bottle of Lime Secret Shine Base also from THE SKIN FOOD, I like this one most, it have a fresh smell of Lime and contains shimmering pearl powders which makes the skin have the healthy glowing look but yet doesn’t seems too over to be applied in day time.

This is on of my favourite! see the bottle is empty now! finished~

At the time where BB creams won all the heart of the girls and get advertised everywhere, I decided to get one for myself too. Still I am buying from THE SKINFOOD. I bought the one with aloe vera essence in it, and its stated for pimple prone skin. But I don’t find it’s that good, easily goes off before i reach home at the end of the day, besides, it is not having good coverage. However, they are not creating more problems for my skin. I am still using it because I had bought it and I am only going to buy another tube of foundation or BB cream until I finish them. I’m trying to find a better one this time.

Face powder is the least range of product I had bought, till few months ago I just get one. Which is from the ‘Heavy Rotation”. Have no idea why I bought them, maybe it’s because I think their eyeliner is so good so I shall give a try to their face powder too. I found nothing special for this one.

I got only one blusher till now, which is also from THE SKIN FOOD( a big fan of them last time because of thinking their range of products seems not bad since they are all made from foods we ate, maybe also because the products were packed in such lovely packaging).
This blusher doesn’t belong to me at first, I wanted to buy for mom but bought the wrong colour, so end up to be mine now. Last time I was using it to class because my friend said that I looked very pale in the morning so I wanted to look healthier then I use them. :P

The most cosmetic I had bought is for lips. Both lipbalms and lipgloss, because my lips were very very dry and I always have problem with this! i need special lip cream from skin specialist all the time! You can see me carrying more than one lipbalm in my bag always, perhaps there will be 3 or 4 if I remember to bring them all along~
I never bought lipstick till now because applying lipstick was nightmare to me, I always hate that smell of lipstick because when I when I was back in kindergarden, my teacher and mom will apply them for me whenever there is stage performance.
And I felt that I can’t close my lips and I don’t dare to drink or eat because of the sticky lipstick on me, the smell terrified me too. But I knew that nowadays the lipsticks were having much better texture, might be trying them someday.

Those i brought it back with me :) Clinique lip gloss, The Face Shop liquid lipbalm, Eucerin lipbalm, Lip Ice lipbalm, and The Face Shop's shea butter dual lip balm-with exfoliator at the bottom layer in one set but now its taken off already~

So I am buying lipbalms all the time, and also make them lost most of the time~ uncountable lipbalms I had bought before, not really remember them now. My favourite is the type of lipbalm which change colour according to temperature. I prefer this type because they serve 2 functions, moisturizing and giving the light pink tint which is very natural and will never be too over to be used every day to class and anywhere, the one recently I used is from THE FACESHOP(the shea butter lipbalm), and THE SKIN FOOD. Almost finish them now! J

The latest one is this with a cute bottle! From THE FACE SHOP. This one is in a liquid form, and the bottle wins my heart because it looks so CUTE! Just bought this last month at the price of RM35.90. The salesgirl told me this will moisten your lips and giving your lips a natural pink tint..etc..etc… and then I bought it because I never tried this type before. Annie said that it looks natural just like my own lip’s colour. But the downside is I can’t apply them too many times, the colour will look too intense and seems like I am having heavy lips makeup. So I just apply a little bit at the morning and reapply my other lip balm on the rest of the day.

oh no I think this is an extra long essay today. Now I wished that I can get an assignment title of “What’s in my cosmetic pouch” , so I can copy this hell long essay and submit it! LOL~~Anyway, I just enjoy writing nonsense stuffs like this and believe me I ever wrote my diary for 3-5 pages whenever I think I have loads of thoughts in my mind that day~ for your info… my diary is not the handy small type, it’s a very BIG planner, where one page supposed to be use to record for 3 or 4 days event.

So now I don’t write so much in my diary like I used to and as alternate i type on this e-diary so that when I am graduate I don’t need to ship back one big box of diaries which are soooo heavy. ( I had already brought back 2 for my foundation year and I even take off the cover which is so divine because they were very heavy)

Gonna stop typing here now. ^_^

I had been so free lately and came out with this random post.

Ahh I got a few little dreams which I wish they could be real one day =D :)

Latin Dancers are HOT! Aren't they??

I always admired the dancers which can dance gracefully on the stage. Though I’m not a big fan of modern dance/hot dance but still admire them a lot. I wished that I can have the chance to learn Latin dance one day! I always love to watch the gestures of Latin dancers, their expressions and movements made me felt that they are so full of confidence and energetic~ I just love it so much! And did I tell you I love Latin songs too. J

Vanessa Mae, she's talented and she looks so sexy with that transparent violin~

And I also wished that I could have the time and patient to continue learning violin. I’m so inspired by Vannessa Mae cos she’s so COOL that she can be so sexy and gorgeous when she plays her electric violin/the transparent violin/whatever violin she’s using also look so damn cool! And I also love orchestra a lot! The music which catches my ear the most is actually orchestra! I get goose bumps on me every time listening to orchestra music because I am in awe of the harmonious melody made up by so many instruments. I stopped learning both piano and violin for many years and I think I will never go back for piano lesson anymore since it was like a nightmare to me( I hate piano class but I enjoyed playing it at home)but for violin…hmm…its always in my consideration.

Flawless skin is also another secret wish of mine! But reality is so cruel because i got this hormonal imbalance problem for quite some time giving me many trouble for my skin and I have not yet getting rid of them after burning so much of $$ on skincare…facial treatment packages…medicine…supplement..etc.etc… Lvery sad~when will I finally conquer them?

I wished that my working life will be very interesting~ but I have no idea how will it be….anyway I just don’t want myself to be like a dead fish after starting to work. I wanna have great life, wished that the next stage of life will be interesting, happening, meaningful, and fruitful!

Explore the wonders of the world

Another challenge I would like to take it is that I wanna go for backpacking travelling! i wish that I am brave enough to go alone but that will be too much for me because I’m not yet that brave~ so maybe having a companion will be good enough! I guess this will be a great experience and I wish that I get this chance to explore new places not just like the type of travelling brought along by the tourist guide and they will just bring u around the famous tourist attraction places and you will take loads of pictures then leave that place. I want it to be more exciting~ Hope that one day I can have this adventure of backpacking trip! I believe This will be fun.

the next thing is...I always wanted to make my parents to feel proud of me! J That’s why I have to study harder now so I don’t disappoint them since they had spent so much of time, $$$ and effort to educate me, feed me, they put us as the first priority in their life, how could I let them down, if I am then I am such a useless daughter. So in this coming one year, also the LAST semester I’m going to spent in University, the only last year I will be having lectures, exams….i shall be proud to say that I am still a student (because many of my friends had just graduated and started with their carrier), I am still having the privilege for being a student, so I MUST do what a student should do, to study hard!!! And also not remember to play hard~

Here... it’s the one which I keep repeating over the years……(always speak louder than action) I must keep fit~ this is what mom warns me every time I’m back to home! She’s more concern about my weight issue than my studies! Exercising is not big deal for me but the problem I got is with my diet. Sometimes I just can’t resist the temptation of foods or eating at inappropriate time especially when I’m with my friends~~~I’m not a big eater but the foods that I like are having high calories L I’m trying my best to discard those unhealthy ones from my list.

Till then~~these are the random thoughts in my mind at this moment.

The enemy( foods) are too mighty and I couldn’t fight them~~. I’m such a lazy pig giving million /zillion of excuses~~

In the morning, I got no choice but to wake up at the early 6am to accomplish these missions---

Followed Mom to send Avin to school, Send dad to airport, and then help mom to look after the shop. @_@

My eyes almost closed but thanks to coffee making me still awake~ I don’t understand why I just like to stay up late whenever I don’t need to study, and this is especially serious when I am having holidays at home. Bad habit I got…

A big boy now!

Unfortunately dad was unable to celebrate it with us. My dad is a super dad because he’s going to climb Mount KK for the 2^nd time to challenge the highest top of mountain again.*envious* gotta tell you this is actually one of my dreams I wish to achieve ~ I secretly vowed that I must reach the top once in my lifetime and get a Cert . ~~maybe I wanna highlight my name in the cert and frame it with a gold frame then hang it somewhere very visible at my house so the whole world can see it…hahahaha just kidding~~ but before that I need to get my lousy stamina build up, find a time and some companions who are willing to go with me J Missed the chance to go with my cousins last time because my study timetable is always not flexible. KK is just so near, I shall go when I had the time after I graduated. J

And there’s something funny today because when I went to the Curry Rice stall, the aunty there asked me:小姐，你是不是做电头的？（其实是电头发）*一头雾水啊*

After asking for several times than I finally get what she meant!! I was wondering how come she have in mind that I must be working in a salon???do I look like? Dont think so…. Then she even asked if I am coming to buy lunch for my 老板娘？LOL~~ Anyway, the Curry Chicken Rice still tastes great after so many years I hadn’t been to their stall~ it’s different from the curry I always eat but I think it’s quite nice!

Whoever come Miri next time must have a try!! =D

Today is my LUCKY DAY**** wanna know why??

because i am just sooo lucky!

let me tell u the story

its about this(pic below)

so what is so special about this ugly looking, traditional, unattractive BA WANG conditioner?

the first time i bought i was last December in Singapore because i wanna have a try for it since my friend had told me that her dad was using this BA WANG shampoo for his hair falling and white hair problem.

so i thought the conditioner might be useful for mom/myself as i realised i have some white hairs growing T.T

the smell of this conditioner is so herbal-ish, i felt that i am soaked in a herbal spa after i used it.

But i felt that my hair is really Smooth and Stronger after used it for several times. after that i'm not using it again because i left it at home and went back Kedah.

This time I came back home and saw my mom with her very long healthy hair which doesnt break (like mine always do) so i ask her why her hair is so strong?then she told me she had been using this conditioner and it is very good!!

Then she asked me to buy her another one. But i tried to search for it everywhere and just cant found the conditioner, what i could found in Watson is just the shampoo for anti-hairfalling and anti-dandruff, but no where i can see the conditioner~~

then..then...Today when i walked into a pharmacy, actually wanted to find other things,

suddenly, i saw this BA WANG CONDITIONER was placed on the highest top of the rack!! :):)

i took it and asked for how much,

the salesgirl cant found price tag for it but only the sticker with 'FREE' was seen.

so she called her boss/manager on the other branch,

after few minutes she called me back and told me this:" This is a free gift for buying the BA WANG shampoo, and the customer who bought this forget to take the free gift, and it had been a very long time already, so my boss say YOU CAN JUST TAKE IT"

my reaction was::" Oh really *very excited* ?"( but i thought that she means that i can just PAY and TAKE IT.)

then she explain to me again, "yes, you can just TAKE IT"

OMG! this time i didn't heard wrongly, she was asking me to just take it back home!!!

what else is better than FREE GIFT~~~muahahaha..(i remembered this one cost around $9/10??? Sg Dollar not RM leh)

and some more i had been searching for this everywhere in Miri but couldn't get it!

Boss,Thank you so so muchhhh/maybe i should thank that customer! :):) I'm gonna use this more often before i am back to Kedah so i can have healthier hair~~

btw, I'm having serious flu today, i;m sneezing for the whole day and the watery mucus is making me MAD mad mad.....i am visiting the toilet basin like every 5/10 minutes in the morning to wash my nose....this ruined my plan to go for swimming with Mary today~so sad. :(

and good excuse for me not to do my report today bcos my eyes were so tired , i need more sleep now~~

I felt like time is passing like bullet train when it comes to holiday~ i was still dreaming on my weekends and now i woke up and realised its WEDNESDAY already! it's mid week! and i don't think i had done much things in these days~~

Woke up late this morning when its almost noon time, the first thing greeted me today is this....a text from MR ARC. (he's so hardworking bcos he messaged almost all the students under his group very frequently during our industrial training to give his 'word of wisdom' time to time....and they are 11 students in our group!)

He kindly advising us to work hard for our training report. And of course, i haven't start even a BIT of it...cos it's holiday no? But its shame on me as i saw this text from him to remind us not to wait until tomorrow, that's what i had in my mind always :P LOL..

Yes Sir! i promise i will...only if i am such a hardworking student....but I'm NOT....

I'm still trying to be as healthy as i can, at least i didn't failed for my breakfast.~~failed for other meals of the day :(~~ Having all sorts of Muesli , oats and cereals, even though they don't taste as good as my favourite MILO/coffee....etc.etc.)

Had my hair cut this morning at kelvin salon with mom. She cut her hair a lot shorter, but mine, not much difference, just trimmed off some split ends and my front hair is a lil bit shorter than previous. i want to grow my hair longer this time!

and too bad, today i failed my Detox plan completely bcos i went outside and i settled my 2/3 meals out there~didnt ate any vege today:(:( But i finally renewed my driving licence after back home for 2 weeks!

Went to Merdeka Mall this afternoon with family, and u know what? I bumped up with Esther there!! woohoo~~
i can just say...wow!! Last holiday(December2010) i met her in Parkson, where i saw her dad there first, later i found out she was there!
Today i was actually wondering whether i will be lucky enough to still met her anywhere in town like last time....and this became REAL!
Without notice, i was actually standing in front of her, i meant...just RIGHT in front of her while she was having her lunch at the food court!
But i didnt saw her and she didnt saw me either, instead, she saw my mom and think she's familiar ~ then she suddenly waved to me and hold my hands! SURPRISED MUCHHHhhhhh~~~~ so happy to see her again not seeing her for long time! and she was having lunch with her church friends~I gotta say that she's getting prettier again! :):)
i must describe her as 'Lovely pretty sexy playful talented cute funny adventerous Esther'!
and tomorrow we gonna meet up, together with Bill, he's just back from his kampung today!
Looking forward for the gathering of the Aimster soon! =)

and very sadly i gonna say BYE to my weekends now....:(:( no more excuses for junk foods okay!! i ate Chicago7 fried chicken this afternoon, yes its fried chicken! oily, unhealthy, and fattening enough! but wait, its yummy and i think its even finger licking food than KFC's! how could i struggle my taste bud for not eating?i knew i'm such a loser always when it comes to dieting~~~ and worse, dad bought mooncakes back at home now:(:( arghh....so much temptations of foods around me.... its good enough that i went for jogging this evening and i brought along mom to force her to do some exercise too(to at least burn off little bit percentage the extra calories from food that i'm not suppose to take)
Gotta be more determined and continue to live healthy this week ahead! i need to DETOX and get rid of toxins from my body! :D

Its the first day of the week, my fav day of the week, where the family gathers and go to church together:):)

woke up a bit earlier than the usual Sunday ~~at freaking 5.a.m.~~

and i had made up my mind the night before to make my family simple breakfast to start our lovely day~because i found that there's still plenty of bacons in the fridge~(and hell yea i'm craving for meat since i was having detox diet for the one week until Friday!!finally i can have some meats, breads, coffee and biscuits !i knew those are unhealthy foods but just felt that i am depending too much on processed foods and i am going to slowly reduce those foods and try my best to get fresh foods whenever it is possible)

Good excuses again for myself as i decided that i'm only going to have Detox diet at weekday and i shall have some break at weekends! ~~felt sorry for my stomach if i am having Detox everyday and i missed all the good foods!how can this be...so...hehehe i am taking leave from Detox plan on weekends~~

kick start my healthy day

Despite of the unsuccessful morning jog yesterday, i set my alarm even earlier today, its 6.30a.m. EARLY IN THE MORNING! thanks God i woke up earlier today and there's no hot sun yet! yeah~~~
and i push myself to go for the morning jog at Bulatan Park today. Surprisingly, i saw lots of people having their morning jog/ walk there before i reach~ Glad that they're so much of health conscious people out there too! and i saw groups of people which i guessed that they were doing some sort of aerobic or tai-chi...
i jogged for half an hour only because the sun is coming out again around 7.30a.m. so i went back home then. i Felt so good and fresh because i have the chance to breath fresh cool air only in such early morning!
There's an exciting event for me too! I'm going to Curtin's christian fellowship with Mary tonight, and believe it not....this gonna be the first time i am going to Curtin University!i mean the FIRST TIME! i never saw how the campus look like!(but i did saw the temporary campus long time ago) such a lousy Mirian i am~ anyway,i'm gonna have this very first time with Mary tonight! =)
going to prepare for tonight's dinner again now~BYE

i thought of going for a healthy morning jog today
and i thought i was waking up early at 7a.m.
unfortunately, i had forgotten that i am now in East Malaysia where the sun rises much much more earlier than the Northern West M'sia :(:(
the bright sun had already came out at 7.30a.m. when i am ready to go out with myself all geared up....i gave up after jogging for 15 minutes at the neighbourhood (instead of going to the park i think i better just jog around my house so i don't need to be exposed to the sun for that extra walking distance)
its too hot and i don't want to be tan either~~
here it ends my 'healthy morning jog'.t
Gonna made myself motivated to do my REPORT for industrial training today! T.T Although I'm so reluctant to do it.....

2011 Chung Hua concert

Attended Chung Hua's 2011 annual concert last night with Janice and her family because she invited me since she got an extra ticket. :)

it had been almost 5 years i had graduated from Chung Hua and now i had the chance to watch the performance of the juniors.

Felt so different as last time because i am much more older than the students now~ i felt old now because they were so young and energetic! For secondary students like them, the performances were awesome.

Brass-band members playing 'Phantom of Opera', instead of telling others that they are brass-band, they performed like orchestra~

the traditional chinese dance. their costume were so beautiful. *envy*

this is 二十四节令鼓. Not bad too~

this is so cute, they dressed up like waiters, waiters, and chefs. Their dance steps were cute and creative ~

this one...err....i have no idea, but nice one too. i guess its like some sort of traditional dance?

My dear Janice and me! proudly introduce her to you~~She's my best friend, neighbour, church mate, classmate for 2 years, learned piano at the same music school long time ago(but we don't know each other that time), we used to went tuition together always, and she's my 'math teacher' since she's a math expert and i really sucks in math
~~*thinking for what else more to say.*~~ I hadn't seen her for months and finally met her last night! ;) thanks so much for inviting me to the concert and happy to see u. ^^

i had completed my 6 weeks of industrial training now!
and i can go back home finally! *yeah*
just reached home last night and now i got one month of holiday at home ;)
let see what should i do for this holiday...i told myself that i should just waste my time laying at home this time, i must spend my holiday for doing something more meaningful
first, i gotta plan for the detox! yes!i need a detox for my body mind and soul now! guess i had took too much of RUBBISH food into my stomach for these few months, especially during my training period. i knew myself well that i could not take too much of food outside, home cooked food suit me best!
but i had no choice, for this 6 weeks i had settle my meals everywhere but not at home. Tasted lots of delicious food in Penang but my stomach is not happy now~ its bloated bcos i had too much of unhealthy and oily foods.
so, my 1st plan for today is---> ta daaaa~~~ i bought lots of veggies back home today! i am like a housewife again~

my veggies~~i bought a big round cabbage, 2 big packets of green leafy veggies, eggplants, cucumbers, tauge, and yogurt...(u cant see them all bcos they're hidden in my arms)

And today is the BIG DAY of my dad! he's 52 now! So we bought him this cake from Chatter box(Mega hotel). The cheesecake was really nice! i rate it better than Secret Recipe's! Less sweet and thicker taste of cheese!i love this cheese cake!

Most importantly, its the reunion of our family today! Barry had just came back this evening! it had been some time that we hadn't see everyone at home together! My home is merrier now! =)

Avin, mom, and dad were all looking so 'blackish', it was a coincidence .

4th week of industrial training

3 weeks of training life had passed, and this week i am transferred to the Quality Control Department, where all lab works are carried out to test the quality of the products, raw materials and so on...
working in lab is NOT FUN at all~~ now i knew that i really dislike lab work. This is normal because most of the time i hate going to lab even though just for 3 hours per day when i was in Uni~
doing research for one semester almost killed me~~
and now its so hard for me because i need to spent so much of time in lab and i really wish that 3 weeks can pass faster! i felt bored when i was in lab :(

anyway, life after work is so far so good~ we were here to explore Penang during every weekends! i think i will soon gain more weight if this continues, because there's too much of food at every place and i am always so tempted to try those foods which i never ate before, and the only exercise i had done is 'shopping' every weekend~ i can see there's hole in my purse T.T

we almost went to 'pasar malam' at least once per week, and the most is thrice per week!
because there is night market here every night at different areas.
Perhaps this is the time in my life where i went to night market most frequently~~~
and i think we will be continuing this pasar malam walk until we tried all the foods there :p

wish me luck that my training will end very soon and get out of QC department very soon....

This is the 1st time i am online since this 2 weeks, because of not having Internet connection at my staying place now.i am writing this post in cc now, for the 1st time in my life~~haha...
Training was quite okay, and i was assigned to be involved in the production area for 2 weeks. it was fun to see our own made tablets in the factory :P we need to cover our self while entering the manufacturing place, and i felt myself was like an astronaut~~it's boring sometimes when there's nothing to do....
and i am looking forward for tomorrow because i will be going to another department and have a look at new things! hope that this week will be a good week! :)

PULAU REDANG~~

it was like a dream.

took 10 hours for the journey to Terengganu by bus, and around one hour for the ferry to REDANG ISLAND
A place which is sooooooo heavenly~~paradise is the best word to describe it!
the sea and beach are so beautiful! and especially love the crystal clear water.
the seaview from the beach is so damn stunning! it looks like a piece of painting having different colour tones for the sea. it's very beautiful!!
excluding the troublesome part that we need to reapply our sunblock for not being tanned and sunburned...life had been so good there~i enjoyed snorkeling in the sea and having all those colourful fishes around me,watching them swimming all around, seeing the weird living things in the sea i had never seen before....oh it was just so nice!
the unforgettable part of snorkeling was that i didn't brought along my life jacket and the goggles for snorkeling, instead, i brought my own goggles which i used for swimming normally. i thought that we're just going to the sea for swimming, and didn't knew that the place is having underwater world too~~
and we're lucky enough to met 2 life guards and they kindly brought us for snorkeling and showed us many interesting living creatures while snorkeling.
and i couldn't believe that Annie and me had swim for such a long distance with them in the sea~
i was actually getting afraid when i started to knew that the journey wasn't short, and we didn't wear our life jacket. many thoughts popped out of my mind..what if the life guard didn't hold us tight enough and we get lost in the sea? what if there's suddenly big waves and we get lost in this sea?? what of i am drawn? and the seawater is freaking salty and i might died because of having too much salt water~~the water is so salty that i felt so disgusting when i accidentally swallow it :( too bad~~ lucky that we had return safely to the beach after snorkeling with them for almost half and hour or more....i felt like dying after swimming for so long non stop.

we didnt went for the last snorkeling session
instead, i went for a short nap and the beach with annie~
laying at the 'net bed' swinging freely for the whole afternoon, this kind of laziness making us feels good!
i really felt like i was in a dream
living in a nicely painted world~ =) what can i have more? our mission is just to lay there and relax!!!

now i'm awake from this dream and gonna get ready for my 6 weeks industrial training!
just went clean the place we gonna stay for this 6 weeks this afternoon and moved some of our things there, and tomorrow we'll start to stay at there~ so sad i gotta say Bye to my House in BLM and SP~ and stay in our new place tomorrow onwards~ hope that everything will be fine there. and very saddd...no Internet connection there and no aircond there~ anyway, i believed all of us can survive well.

i dont really want to admit that...but yes....i almost fall asleep while sitting in the exam hall
i was sleep deprived.....my brain is dizzy and i saw words getting blur but i forced myself to open my eyes wide
Blame all these to the caffeine
took too much coffee in a day and when it comes to bed time i failed to sleep, laid on the bed until i heard my alarm rang and woke up to study for the last minute before exam
my brain is totally stuffed with all those drugs names , drugs doses, diseases bla bla bla....
until i reached the exam hall and it had gone too saturated
my eyes were so heavy and i forced so hard t open them wide,
looking at the questions....my brain couldnt function as normal
and in that hallucination i still remembered that i was warning myself very seriously that if this continues then i might failed for this paper @_@but i just couldnt help
thanks God, after sitting and dreaming for quite a while, i made this right decision
i faster walked out to the washroom to sprinkle some water on my face and neck to make myself awake!
at last i managed to get awake and completed the paper in time, but i knew it was very bad, i dont have enough time to study all, cos it was incredibly much, except the case that if i can study like a super nerd everyday and night consistently, not mentioning that i still need to go for 8 to 5 lectures, conduct the research, rushing assignments, print notes,...and of course there's still time spent for entertainment, house-chores, going to church,beauty sleep bla bla bla.....
i am breathless
not kidding, this problem came to me this semester
and now i knew that i should be very grateful if i can grasp a full breath.
my breathing had became so shallow and it was just like there's something stuck in the resp tract and i cant get them away. i wanted to look for a doctor last night but too bad the clinic was closed bcos it was sunday or maybe they normally closed at that time.
so until now i still cant get to breath normally i am so mad of this....it's worst when it comes to the time for study, i wanted to study but cant get my attention away from my lungs so badly wanting just a full breath of fresh air.....i just can never get enough oxygen now :( help~

Finally my laptop is back to peace now~
i attempted to download some e-books last night so i tried out various links to get the right one and...
end up with getting infected by malware
because i hadn't scan and update my antivirus for few days since i was so busy and i dont want the scanning process to slow down my laptop and also my work~ this is the result of being lazy and not taking good care of the laptop. this is how the spyware looks like~

you cant believe how irritating it was! the warning boxes are popping out like each and every 5 minutes! and i was so busy doing my research report and get mad for seeing this box all the time! besides, it had also blocked my web page connection, however it doesnt block MSN and also PPStream, and that's why i felt weird of it.

it was showing different alerts like:

at 1st i thought it was the computer's own defender popping out to warn me about infections, but then i felt weird because i had never saw this box before~ i was so mad of it because it insisted me to buy their product to remove the spyware, i tried to use my own antivirus programme to scan but saw nothing harmful.
so i ignored it since i need to go on with my report.
with the help of Evelyn's laptop to browse the webpage, i suddenly thought of searching this 'anti-spyware' programme and see if there's any possible way to get rid of this notification boxes.
BUT then i found out it was a malware:
the description says that:
"it is a program called Vista Anti-spyware 2011 has appeared to have attached itself to windows defender and is interfering with web access and other programs. It is claiming that my computer is infected with numerous tracking, keylogging and trojans I have Mcafee total protection and after running a full scan it said the computer was secure, and also this Vista Anti-spyware 2011 is asking for payment to provide a service, again it appears incorrect."
and lucky i didnt subscribe to it, i ALMOST wanted to do so because it was soooo irritatiing to see the alerts every few minutes! then i saw someone had done the payment and their pc was FREEZE after this.
with evelyn's laptop, i download and installed the spybot search and removed this spyware
Thanks God now my laptop is in peace and it is functioning well once again :D

This is our first attempt to explore the club house in BLM since staying here for this many months!

this is our very 1st time being here! and we actually have no idea which supposed to be the right direction to go to the club house, so we asked the guard at the nearby guardhouse. end up he asked us 'kamu tinggal di mana?' me said: 'tinggal sini' =.=''' but he kindly gave us the directions and we walked to there, Thanks God we reached there safely~~ :P

This is the swimming pool,good for beginners like me so i wont get drown in water,because the water level is not high :)

i really had a nightmare....

all because of the 'applied therapeutics' assignment,

this must be the thickest assignment i had done in this 4 years

A 70 pages assignment, and i tell you this is not considered thick compared to my other classmates~because they had done hundred pages or more~ @_@

the worst part of doing this assignment is that i accidentally close the file and did not save the changes made which i had spent 5 hours for doing it~~ bang me bang me! pls get my head knocked onto the wall or let me shout out loud!!! i was almost done that time and it was 12.30am,which i thought it was good because i don't need to burn midnight oil for this 5% assignment. only 5 marks u know？why should we spent this much effort for it?? you can easily get 5 marks when you circle 5 correct answer for MCQ....but you will never / seldom get full marks for the assignment which spent you lots of time

but i couldn't do all these, because its late in the midnight

and i knew somehow i still need to be responsible for it, its my own fault and i shouldn't been so careless

so i sobbed and redo it without so much effort like i did before

because i was so fed up

but in the end it was completed

and the clock shows 3am...

this was much faster compared to the previous version.thanks God that i can redo it so fast.

and that's not yet the end, because i need to edit and print out the report which is need for Saturday's meeting (blame myself becoz i haven't check it for so long time)

This is really a big fool for me...April fool is not fun~~~

completed the assignment and report but the printing job is another big trouble

my printer is fooling me again

it only can print 2-5 sheets a time and the paper will jam inside,

i dunno whats wrong but only can adjust the jammed paper every once in a while,

and the printing job spent me half an hour!!! T.T

跑步

今天想说在家坐了那么多天一直忙读书准备小考，坐的屁股都扁了。。。看着厚厚的Applied Therapeutics Notes 脑袋也快发荒了 @_@

所以决定要去对面的公园跑步，

于是，带上耳机，换上运动装就出发了，那是已是7点钟，也正是太阳刚刚下山的时候

在吉打最特别之处就是这里的时间和砂劳越的时间，以前总是在4点或是5点钟就出发去跑步了，而六点钟就天色昏暗要回家了~~~~妈妈说六点半前最好给我回来了啦，晚上很暗有坏人:P~~

在这里有时间的有点矛盾，因为七点是我正常的晚餐时间，

以我的习惯，跑步后我要等一个钟后才可以洗澡，洗完澡了才可以进食，不然消化不良啊

那不就已经晚上九点了吗？天啊！这也不行啊！这样算是宵夜了吧？不健康啊~~~

所以，究竟是要早些顶着大太阳去跑步呢？还是把晚餐时间改迟些？所以有时干脆不去了~~（懒人的借口最多）~~我会选择早些吃一点东西，但不过饱，就有体力跑步，回家后不会太饿，晚餐也不用吃太丰盛，就刚刚好~

所以说，游泳比较好,比较省时。^-^

言归正专，刚才跑步到一半时，忽然感受到了大大滴的雨滴开始滴下，那时的天空已布满乌云，但我想说离家里很靠近，再慢跑多一下就到家了。。。

但是越看越不对劲了，雨滴迅速增加~~于是本小姐就猛踩油门赶紧往家的方向不顾一切的跑，~~但是毕竟能力体力都有限，也没能跑多快,~~ 幸好赶得及就在倾盆大雨落下的前一刻冲到了家门口！好险啊！一关上篱笆门就听到大雨快速落下的声音！感谢主多给我那几秒钟的时间让我及时赶回家，我的一身还是干的耶~~ 哈哈哈。。。。就这样结束了今天短短半小时的跑步，不管怎样至少也有到户外活动活动了筋骨~也不错啦！

Disaster is everywhere now......

its really sad to hear the tragic tsunami and earthquake hitting Tokyo this afternoon

living in Malaysia is really a blessing , because i had never experience this kind of disaster in my life, and i cant imagine how will it be when the 10 meters of tsunami hits....i don't even experience flood in my life....

the towers and buildings collapsed in just that few minutes or seconds, the peoples had been engulfed by the tsunami and they have no power to do anything to stop all these...

it looks so unreal but yet it happened.

Thanks God for giving my family and me a peaceful life, and i am thankful for it.

my mid term study break

i am glad and blissful with everything i had now!

i had my happy life since i quit staying in aimst hostel :) i do like university life but just i need some time of my own to free myself from the crowd

so now i am having my extreme stress-free study week... it's already the 4th day of my going-to-end study week :(

i am in my own comfort zone which is a peaceful place for me

where i don't need too face with too much of peoples

and i am happy too because i got a good chef - "the sexy, hot, funny ,cute or the craziest chef" at home now :P

but then i might spend more time to watch pps if i am searching for entertainment, at least i knew i am watching something funny or nice , and the movie,drama, or ent show must had been contributed by the artists and actors and they had made effort for it so people are watching them, so it will be more worth for me to spent my time there~~~( there could be a million of excuses for myself just to watch more pps)~~

and i started to explore 新浪微博~ who knows maybe i could have find something more interesting there? :P

Lucky we got our good friend Chi Mun! Because Evelyn and me nearly cant came back to Kedah since the ticket of trains and buses are sold out at the last minute.

and lucky that we're not going back to KL , but to the north part- Kedah.

Because the highway to KL was jammed like crazy

never in my 22 years of life i had seen such a traffic jam!!! we were shocked to saw this!!

all along the way from KL i had seen several jams in different places, but the most serious was in between Perak!

i guess there are thousands of vehicles get stucked in the middle of the highways....the vehicles could hardly move, or perhaps they can still drive in 20km/h is good enough...

and i guess they must be getting crazy while waiting in car.

the journey of 5 hours would probably extended to more than 10 hours~

so i am lucky since i was on the opposite highway lane

finally we reached back SP around 10++pm

Thanks God we had a safe journey back to here.

HOMECOMING - 笑着回家

Went to watch this movie with evelyn, a pao, and other friends in Village Mall last night.
and i think i almost laughed for the whole one and a half hour non stop!
because it was so damn funny and yet a touching a meaningful movie.
reminds all the chinese about the meaning of going back home for reunion dinner and the importance of this tradition.

of course i knew it very much clear because since i was born i think i had never missed any reunion dinner with my big family-our cousins, relatives and grandparents in Sibu, and this is the moment all of us were looking forward for each year!
and i remembered that there was only a year we didn't went back Sibu for reunion dinner with our big family, and its because we had just moved to our new house and Dad decided to celebrate CNY at our new home that year...and it was not so much fun as there were less people to share the joy and happiness.

And the second time,
will be this year's Chinese new year.
this is the 1st time i am away from my family in this festive
and actually its because our grandpa had passed away and we are not going to have festive celebrations in this whole year.
Besides, i just came over here to start for my new semester,
cny is less than 2 weeks now, buying so many tickets will be costly for me since we are not celebrating cny.
so i'm not going back this time, and i will be going to KL to visit Barry's place since he's not going back too.

after long struggling from practical exams, viva, final exams, and tried really hard to be friendly with my whole stacks of notes, living everyday during exam season with coffee to fight for exam, feeling sinful for getting that extra one hour of sleep, its just because of EXAMS!!
and now its ALL OVER! :):):):)

Study days in Library~ sisters! we got the same fringe! :P

COFFEE~~~ the drug which keep u alert and study efficiently! i knew i am not supposed to drink so much of it but yet, it's very powerful and getting a cup of coffee always kick start of our engine and made our studies easier~ and i promised myself not to take any caffeine after exam~~

and there we started our one week journey from Penang to JB, Singapore, Melaka, and KL, finally back to our home in Miri! in this whole week , we had full used our '11' bus to travel those places, and its almost broke because we walked for too long..... more stories on next post~~

i am having big big trouble to stay awake in class
and this not funny at all
this problem started since i enter my degree 2 years back....and i still cant find ways to deal with it
last time it was serious, i fall asleep unconsciously
and now it turns to be better than previous
but still, I'm 'fishing' in almost every class i had, and maybe sometimes when i am lucky, or when i had thick cup of white coffee, i stay alert for the class, or probably i just fall asleep once or twice in the one hour lecture.
i tried many ways but seems like it's not that effective on me, last time i went for cardio exercise frequently, i take naps, i drink coffee, i drink tea....many many ways i had tried, but there is still no perfect solution for me
:( :(
but one thing i am lucky is that i only tend to fall asleep in class, and i can be very alert after that hour.....
so, there's still another chance for me to study and catch up the lectures i missed in class.
i slept at 10pm last night and woke at 6am to study for practical exam today, i thought 8 hours of sleep supposed to be sufficient for an adult? and i always had good quality sleep, i seldom woke up at midnight if nothing happens....but i still fall asleep in class. T.T
i really don't know whats wrong with myself?
i need a solution!!!!anyone have wise advise for this kind of weird problem pls do tell me~~ i will be happy for it.
